Joseph J Sinapi Jr., M.B.A. has a diverse work experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. Joseph J founded and served as the CEO of Cruise Ship Crayz. Joseph J then worked as a Marketing and Communications Assistant at the Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau, where they developed strategies and campaigns to increase tourism and engaged with visitors to enhance their experience. Joseph also had a Marketing Internship at the bureau, where they conducted market research and contributed to the leisure travel blog. Additionally, they worked at Celebrity Cruises, Inc. as an Event and Sales Support Specialist and as an intern.

Joseph J Sinapi Jr. obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Johnson & Wales University in the year 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Marketing from the same university, specializing in areas such as Cruise Line Operations, Tourism, Advertising, and Leadership. In addition, Joseph obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in November 2014.
