Crystal Lacey

Crystal Lacey is an experienced project manager currently overseeing the Master Reef Guide Program and related initiatives at the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority since June 2020. In addition to this role, Crystal serves as a member of both the Whitsundays Local Marine Advisory Committee and the Tourism Reef Advisory Committee. As the Director of Little Fish Tourism Development Consulting since January 2021, Crystal contributes to the development of tourism strategies. Crystal is also a Board of Directors member for Tourism Whitsundays since September 2022 and previously held the position of Guest Experience Manager at Cruise Whitsundays Pty Ltd. Educational background includes attendance at Toowoomba State High School.
