Hailey Mullen

Hailey Mullen is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and HR business partnering. Currently serving as a Staff HRBP at Cruise since October 2023, Mullen has held significant roles including Head of People Operations at Talentpair and Senior Manager of People Operations at Zennify. Previous positions include Manager of HR PMO and Human Resources Business Partner at Sierra Nevada Corporation, as well as a Human Resources Generalist at Peppermill Resort Spa Casino. Mullen’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Boise State University, complemented by studies at La Universidad del Pais Vasco in Spain.
