Sebastian Næss Langaas

Sebastian Næss Langaas is an experienced professional in IT consulting and recruitment, currently serving as Head of Kons at Kons AS since January 2021, a company delivering diverse IT consultancy services. In addition, Sebastian has held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Styreleder at Cruit AS since October 2011, where responsibilities include leading recruitment operations and forming strategic partnerships. Active in local politics, Sebastian served as a Fylkestingsrepresentant and member of the Næringskomiteen for Viken fylkeskommune from September 2019 to December 2023. A member of various boards and committees, including roles with MiA and Henie Onstad Kunstsenter, Sebastian has been deeply involved in political and cultural organizations, as well as educational communities, having held numerous positions within Høyre from 2006 to 2022. Sebastian holds Bachelor’s degrees in Økonomi og administrasjon from BI Norwegian Business School and Medievitenskap from the University of Oslo.
