Kathy Lencsak

Kathy Lencsak has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 1992 at JPMorgan Chase. Kathy held various roles, including Vice President of HR Business Partner for Technology in the Investment Bank. In 2008, they joined Crum & Forster as HR Director, overseeing performance management, compensation, and employee relations for multiple corporate groups. In 2018, they were promoted to VP of Human Resources for Accident & Health at Crum & Forster.

Kathy Lencsak holds a BBA in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin, achieved from 1981 to 1985. Kathy later earned an MS in Human Resources Management from The New School for Social Research, Robert J. Milano Graduate School of Mgmt and Urban Policy, from 1997 to 1999.
