Adam Herman

Adam Herman has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning & Development at Crump Life Insurance Services since January 1996. Responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis, designing training materials, facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions, and managing the Learning Management System (LMS). Previous roles at Crump include Senior Training Consultant and Learning & Development Manager. Prior to that, Adam held various positions at BISYS Insurance, including Case Manager and Instructional Design Specialist, and served as a firefighter/EMT with Cumberland Goodwill Fire & Rescue from 1993 to 2001. Adam also has experience in customer service from roles at Big A Auto Parts and camp counseling. Educationally, Adam graduated from Carlisle High School with a degree in Electrical Engineering and completed general education at Grace Baptist Christian School.
