Diana Dyer

Diana Dyer, CLTC, currently serves as a Case Manager at Crump Life Insurance Services since December 2021, where responsibilities include supporting Equitable Financial Professionals with annuity new business processes. Previously, Dyer worked as a Telephonic Interviewer Licensed Insurance Agent at LTCG, conducting interviews and administering competency assessments for Long Term Care applicants. Dyer also held a CSR II position at TTEC for Allstate and spent over 12 years at Northwestern Mutual, first as Director of Client Relations, managing the Client Relations Center to achieve significant sales growth, and later as Client Relation Center Coordinator, leading the team to jump from 28th to 4th in national rankings.
