John A. D'Anna

John A. D'Anna currently serves as the Chief Development Officer and Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Crunch Fitness, beginning in January 2024. Prior to this role, John was a Managing Member at Axios Equities for a brief period from October 2023 to January 2024. John's extensive career at McDonald's spanned over 13 years, during which time John held multiple key positions, including Director of US Real Estate Asset Management, Lead Development Director for the Atlantic Group, and various Development Director roles for different regions. Additionally, John worked as Managing Director at Axios Consulting Associates from March 2006 to July 2010 and was a Regional Real Estate Manager at McDonald's Corporation from October 1996 to March 2006. John A. D'Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Finance from the University at Albany and a Master of Public Administration from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy.
