Drew Dalgetty

Drew Dalgetty has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Drew started their career as a Research Intern at J.R. Simplot Company in 1999. Drew then transitioned to HB Specialty Foods as a Quality Assurance Manager in 2002. In 2003, Drew joined the University of Idaho as the Director of the Food Technology Center, a position they held until 2012. During this time, they also started their own business called AFI Packaging, which focused on allergen-free contract blending and packaging. Drew sold the business in 2012, and it now operates under ZoRoCo Packaging. From 2012 to 2015, Drew worked at ZoRoCo Packaging as both the General Manager of the Dry Manufacturing and Packaging division and the R&D Manager. In 2015, they became a self-employed Food Processing Consultant before joining Crunch Pak in 2016. At Crunch Pak, Drew has held the roles of General Manager - Slicing Division and Vice President of Production & Operations, a position they currently hold.

Drew Dalgetty completed their education in the field of Food Science. Drew first attended the University of Idaho from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Drew then pursued further education at Washington State University from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Food Science.

In addition to their formal education, Drew Dalgetty also obtained several certifications. In 2003, they completed the Better Process Control School at Washington State University. Drew further enhanced their skills and knowledge by obtaining two certifications from TechHelp Idaho - Solutions for Manufacturers: Advanced HACCP in 2009 and Lean Manufacturing for Food Processors in 2008. As for their certification in Preventive Controls for Human Food, the specific month and year of its completion are not provided.
