Camiel Selker

Camiel Selker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2007, they worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Partner and later became the Managing Partner for the Netherlands. From 2011 to 2021, Selker was a co-founder and partner at Focus Orange Advisory, which was subsequently acquired by PwC. Camiel also founded Evalite, a self-evaluation application for boards, which was later acquired by Het Nationaal Register. Selker was also a Coach for student start-up companies at the Amsterdam Center for Entrepreneurship. In 2014, they co-founded Crunchr and played a role in its strategic direction and organization. Selker has also held HR advisory roles, including being an Advisor to the Executive Committee at Optiver and a Chief People Officer at Optiver US LLC. Camiel joined Optiver as the Global People Officer in 2022 and is responsible for creating a unified global team. Selker also briefly worked as the Head of Global Rewards at AkzoNobel and as a Partner at PwC. Additionally, they own Selker BV.
