Camiel Selker

Camiel Selker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2007, they worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Partner and later became the Managing Partner for the Netherlands. From 2011 to 2021, Selker was a co-founder and partner at Focus Orange Advisory, which was subsequently acquired by PwC. Camiel also founded Evalite, a self-evaluation application for boards, which was later acquired by Het Nationaal Register. Selker was also a Coach for student start-up companies at the Amsterdam Center for Entrepreneurship. In 2014, they co-founded Crunchr and played a role in its strategic direction and organization. Selker has also held HR advisory roles, including being an Advisor to the Executive Committee at Optiver and a Chief People Officer at Optiver US LLC. Camiel joined Optiver as the Global People Officer in 2022 and is responsible for creating a unified global team. Camiel Selker pursued higher education starting from 1994 to 1999 at Utrecht University, where they obtained an Msc degree in Law & Economics. Camiel then continued their educational journey at the University of Cambridge from 1999 to 2000, focusing on studying Law for European students.
