Martin Castillo

Martin Castillo is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in IT operations and corporate technology management. Currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Technology at Crunchtime since July 2022, Martin has previously held roles as a Senior Corporate Technical Engineer and Corporate Technology Engineer within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Corporate Engineer at Zenput and as an IT Operations Engineer at Wizeline, where responsibilities encompassed managing IT operations teams, optimizing IT processes through ITIL best practices, and overseeing ticketing systems for incident and change management. Additional expertise includes electrical system and HVAC implementation for data centers, strong knowledge of AWS, networking, and proficiency in coding with Python, C++, and JavaScript. Martin holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Universidad de Guadalajara, earned between 2014 and 2018.
