Mohammed Bhatti

Mohammed Bhatti has worked in the database engineering field since 2002. Mohammed began their career at SI International as a DBA. From 2007 to 2013, they worked at Scitor Corporation as a Database Engineer, where they were experienced in Streams, Data Guard, RAC, and RMAN, and familiar with the DoD STIG process for Oracle databases and RedHat Linux systems. Mohammed also had extensive experience with PKI-enabling and hardening Oracle databases. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a CISSP and Oracle/PostgreSQL DBA at Booz Allen Hamilton. Currently, Mohammed is a Database Engineer at Crunchy Data.

Mohammed Bhatti has a varied educational background. Mohammed began their educational journey in 1986 when they completed a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Portsmouth. Mohammed then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics and Statistics from De Montfort University, which they completed in 1989. Finally, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Numerical Analysis and Programming from the University of Dundee in 1990. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) 7.3 in 2000, Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) 9i in 2006, CISSP in 2011, Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) 10g in 2009, Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) 11g in 2015, and Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) in 2020.
