Kelli Pitts-Wolf is a seasoned eCommerce professional with extensive experience in operations management, team building, and profitability optimization. Currently serving as Vice President of Ecommerce Operations at Crunchyroll since September 2023, Kelli previously held the position of Vice President of eCommerce at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc., from May 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included direct-to-consumer business ownership and the establishment of a skilled eCommerce team. Kelli’s career encompasses over 18 years at Funimation, progressing from Sales Analyst/Coordinator to Senior Director of Operations, managing digital distribution, inventory procurement, and global customer service operations. Kelli earned a BBA in Marketing and Management from the University of the Southwest.
