Komal Billand

Komal (Kay) Billand is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in Learning and Knowledge Management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Learning & Quality at Crunchyroll since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Learning & Development and Director of Knowledge Content at Charter Communications and Audible, Inc., respectively, where Komal successfully implemented strategic initiatives and developed governance frameworks enhancing content quality and learner experiences.
