Vlad Kononenko

Vlad Kononenko has gained diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Vlad started their career as a Shift Manager at Starbucks from 2014 to 2017. Vlad then worked as a Marketing Intern at Insomniac Events from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined the University of California, Davis as a Student Accounting Assistant. Simultaneously, they also held leadership positions at Delta Sigma Pi, serving as the Vice President of Public Relations from January to June 2018, the Marketing Director from June 2018 to January 2019, and as the Senior Vice President from January to June 2019.

Vlad entered the tech industry in 2019 at Motion Recruitment, where they began as a Talent Advisor (UX/UI & Product) and worked until January 2021. Vlad was later promoted to the role of Senior Talent Advisor from January to February 2021, and further promoted to Lead Talent Advisor from February to April 2021. Vlad'sresponsibilities at Motion Recruitment involved placing Product Designers and Product Managers with tech companies in the San Francisco area.

In 2021, Vlad joined Twilio Inc. as a Talent Researcher from April to July 2021, focusing on talent acquisition and research. Vlad then worked as a Technical Sourcer at Bolt from July 2021 to March 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Technical Recruiter at Crunchyroll, starting in March 2022.

Throughout their career, Vlad has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different roles and industries, gaining experience in talent acquisition, research, marketing, leadership, and customer service.
