Adam LaPierre has over 30 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Adam is currently serving as the Chief Claims Officer at Crusader Insurance Company since December 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Tokio Marine Management, Inc. from 2007 to 2017, holding various roles including Senior Vice President, Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and Director of Auto/GL Claims. Adam also worked at Farmers Insurance for 20 years, starting in 1987, where they held several managerial positions including Manager of Southern California Commercial Casualty Claims, National Manager of the National Liability Claims Unit, and Home Office Property Claims Manager.

Adam LaPierre, CPCU, AIC, ARM, AINS has a diverse education history. In 2013, they attended The Wharton School for the Senior Global Leadership Development Program, focusing on Wharton Executive Education. Additionally, Adam has pursued several certifications through the Insurance Institute of America, including CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters), AIC (Associate in Claims), AINS (Associate in General Insurance), and ARM (Associate in Risk Management). Apart from these professional designations, Adam also studied Psychology at California State University, Fullerton.
