Amber Wyatt currently serves as the Manager of People Operations and Analytics at Crusoe, where responsibilities include overseeing people operations and implementing data-driven decision-making across the organization. Prior experience includes roles as a Sr People Analyst / HR Business Partner at Crusoe, where work focused on engagement survey insights, compensation frameworks, and people policies. Before Crusoe, Amber held various positions at AORN, starting as a Human Resources Coordinator and advancing to Senior Human Resources Generalist, managing full-cycle recruitment, talent management, and compensation assessments. Additional experience includes recruitment at Dish Network and various roles in youth and educational support at Douglas County School District and Excelsior Youth Centers. Amber holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
