Ardi Sahinovic

Ardian Sahinovic is a seasoned professional in business development and private equity, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Crux Capital Ltd since June 2024. Previously, Ardian held positions at Roark Capital in private equity from 2020 to 2024, and at Deloitte Consulting as a management consultant from 2018 to 2020. Prior to entering the corporate sector, Ardian made an impact as a middle school teacher with Teach For America from 2016 to 2018. Educationally, Ardian is a graduate of Cornell University and New Fairfield High School.
