Debnath Nandi, MBA, CSPO has over 15 years of experience in the fields of project management, business continuity management, engineering, and software development. In 2021, they began working as a Deployment Project Manager for Crux OCM. Prior to this, they were a Project Coordinator for Client Enbridge at Kleinfelder from 2019-2020. In 2020, they were also a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Managerial Accounting at the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta. From 2019-2020, they were the Director of Consulting Projects for Net Impact Alberta School of Business. In 2019, they were also a Business Continuity Manager for Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation, where they conducted the Business Impact Analysis, created the business continuity plan, crisis communications plan, the cybersecurity governance policies, and vendor management framework. From 2015-2019, they were a Supervisor/Engineering Lead at ACI Worldwide. From 2010-2015, they were an Assistant Project Manager/Project Leader at Cognizant. From 2006-2010, they were a Software Developer at Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam), where they led a team of five developers and worked as a single Point of Contact between the development and user experience management teams for Abercrombie and Fitch client, and performed user acceptance, integration and system testing along with quality audits for supply chain management module of a leading retail client O. C. Tanner.
