Melissa Barragan

Melissa Barragan has over 10 years of work experience in the engineering field. Melissa began their career in 2010 as an I&C Junior Engineer Internship at Petroperú S.A. In 2011, they worked as a Project Engineer at Buenaventura Ingenieros S.A. After that, they started an Internship at the Maintenance Department of Southern Peru Copper Corporation in 2012 and became an Electronic Maintenance Engineer there in the same year. In 2017, they were an Automation Technologist at CIMA+. The following year, they were an Engineering Technologist at InnoTech Engineering Inc. and an Automation and Control Specialist at LiveWire Solutions & Services. In 2019, they were an Automation Specialist at Surepoint Group. In 2021, they were a Control System Specialist at CDN Controls Ltd. and a SCADA Engineer at LiveWire Solutions & Services. Currently, they are a Deployment Engineer at Crux OCM.

Melissa Barragan received their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas between 2006 and 2011. Melissa then obtained an Associate's Degree in Project Management from Universidad ESAN between 2013 and 2014. Finally, they earned an Associate's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering Technology from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) between 2015 and 2017.
