Advanced Process Controls (APC) Engineer at Crux OCM

Sébastien Skoko, P.Eng. has a diverse range of work experience. Sébastien is currently working as an Advanced Process Controls (APC) Engineer at CruxOCM starting in June 2023. Previously, they held various roles at Honeywell from 2018 to 2023. These roles include Advanced Software Engineer, Advanced Systems Engineer, and Systems Engineer (EIT). In these positions, their responsibilities included supporting the design, development, testing, and deployment of environmental control systems for fixed-wing aircraft, generating estimates, designing and tuning controls for highly nonlinear processes, and developing software tools to streamline the controls design process. Prior to their time at Honeywell, Sébastien worked as a Control Systems Engineer (EIT) at Aviya Aerospace Systems in 2018. Sébastien also has experience as a Teaching Assistant at Queen's University from 2015 to 2017, and as a Field Operator at Husky Energy in 2014 and 2013.

Sébastien Skoko, P.Eng. holds a Master of Applied Science (M.A.Sc.) degree in Control Systems Engineering, which they obtained from Queen's University during the period of 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science Engineering (B.Sc.E.) in Engineering Chemistry at Queen's University - Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sébastien Skoko has obtained certifications as a Professional Engineer from The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) in January 2023 and from Professional Engineers Ontario in November 2022.
