Naggi Asmar

Naggi Asmar currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Crux since January 2025. Prior to this role, Naggi held significant positions at Matillion and Medallia, where major contributions included leading the global expansion of the engineering organization and advancing cloud infrastructure and services. As Chief Engineering Officer at Matillion, Naggi spearheaded the development of the Data Productivity Cloud and introduced innovative RAG capabilities for data pipelines. At Medallia, Naggi was instrumental in developing enterprise applications and cloud infrastructure, while earlier roles at Oracle Corporation and Plumtree Software involved overseeing middleware development and enhancing product quality and release processes. Naggi holds a BA in Physics and Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Ph.D. in Physics from UC Santa Barbara.
