Alexandra Novais

Alexandra Novais has extensive experience in social education and human resources, currently serving as Recursos Humanos and Educador Social at Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa - Delegação de Vila Nova de Gaia since October 2015, providing support across various social services. Additionally, Alexandra holds the position of formadora at IEFP, contributing over 900 hours of training in diverse fields, including communication and geriatrics, since November 2010. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade Portucalense, completed between 2010 and 2012, and a Master's degree in Educational Sciences, along with a Bachelor's degree in Social Education from the same institution, earned from 2007 to 2010.
