Lipika Sharma

Lipika Sharma currently serves as the General Manager of Global Operations at CRY, a position held since July 2010, focusing on individual and institutional partnerships. Prior to this role, Lipika worked as a Senior Manager for US Mortgages at Adventity-Profolio Home Mortgage from December 2005 to April 2010 and gained experience as a Business Analyst at Global Telesystems from May 2003 to December 2005. Early career experience includes serving as an Assistant to the Planning & Promotion Manager at Luxor Writing Instruments Pvt. Ltd. from January 1999 to June 2000. Lipika Sharma holds a Fellowship in "Accelerating Social Transformation" from the University of Washington Bothell (2018), an MBA in Finance & Systems from CMR Institute of Management Studies (2002), and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Hons) from Bhavanipur Education Society College, Calcutta University.
