Rupsikha Kalita

Rupsikha Kalita currently serves as an Assistant Manager at CRY - Child Rights and You, starting in October 2024. Previously, Rupsikha worked as a Program Officer at KHUSHII NGO from May 2022 to October 2024, focusing on project planning, monitoring and evaluation, proposal drafting for funding, and content creation. Prior experience includes a role as a Management Trainee at SOS Children's Villages of India, where Rupsikha contributed to the Family Strengthening Programme by developing business plans and providing educational support to children. Rupsikha holds a Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on Dalit and Tribal Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Delhi University. Additionally, Rupsikha is pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
