Victor Matia

Victor Matia is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience spanning several sectors, including healthcare, telecommunications, and digital transformation. As the Founder and Active Shareholder of Cryonic Medical since 2011, Victor has focused on innovative drug-free solutions for pain relief and anti-inflammatory treatments. Victor held significant leadership positions such as Chief Revenue Officer at InnoWave, driving revenue and digital transformation for major companies, and Founder & CEO of Noho, which developed smart compression bandages. Previous roles include managing substantial CRM and financial services divisions at Unisys and DXC Technology, as well as establishing the European CRM practice at Covansys. Victor’s educational background includes an Executive Master’s Degree from Solvay Brussels School and an Engineering degree from Ecole polytechnique de Bruxelles.
