Liam McGuinness

Liam McGuinness has over 25 years of experience in operations management. Liam began their career at DHL in 1993, where they served as the Director of Customer Operations. During their time at DHL, they directed multiple teams and managed various aspects of account management, serving numerous customers in multiple industries. Liam also oversaw the International Sameday business operations and implemented operational strategies to improve customer interactions. In 2008, Liam joined DHL Express as the Director of Frontline Support, leading a team in support of field operations and establishing performance and process programs. Following their tenure at DHL Express, Liam held positions as the UK Systems and Process Project Manager and Heathrow Service Centre Manager at DHL. In 2013, they joined Hewden as the Operations Director, followed by roles as the Operations Director at Elite Mobile and PDP Couriers. Currently, Liam serves as the Group Operations Director in their most recent position.
