Kylie Crowe, MBA has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Kylie currently holds the position of Vice President – Global Human Resources & Organizational Development at Cryoport. Prior to this, they worked at Covance as the Global HR Director in Clinical Development Commercial Services, overseeing HR operations in 47 countries. Kylie also served as the Global Senior HR Partner for Covance's Clinical Trial Organisation & Flexible Solutions division and Clinical Development Services business in the Asia Pacific region. Before joining Covance, Kylie worked as the HR Director for Allianz Global Assistance, where they were responsible for driving HR strategies and programs to support the company's objectives. Kylie also has experience as a Human Resource Consultant Advisory at APOS Therapy, and as a Senior Manager in Global Workforce Planning and Global Transformation Program at Limitless. Kylie's work experience showcases their expertise in HR leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development.

Kylie Crowe, MBA, has a strong educational background in Human Resource Management. Kylie obtained a Bachelor of Business degree from Deakin University in 1996, followed by a Post Graduate Diploma from the same institution in 2001. Kylie furthered their studies by completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Management at the University of South Australia in 2006. Kylie later pursued a Masters in Business Administration at the University of Central Queensland, which they completed in 2012.
