Carol Wong

Carol Wong is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in trading business management and strategic transformation within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Trading Business Management at Crypto.com since May 2022, Carol oversees operations, risk, product control, project management, and business management. Prior roles include Head of Business Strategy & Transformation and SVP in the COO Office at BitMEX, as well as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities included leading the International Management & Firmwide Strategy team in Asia Pacific ex-Japan. Carol's career began at KPMG Canada in audit and tax services, followed by positions at Lehman Brothers and Nomura. Carol holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo, a Master of Laws from The University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Chartered Accountancy Studies from the University of Waterloo. Carol is a CPA, CA, and FRM, demonstrating advanced qualifications in finance and risk management.
