Helen Tian is an experienced analytics professional with a background in data science and product analysis. Currently serving in the COO office at Crypto.com since January 2022, Helen focuses on strategy review, data modeling, and business optimization. Previously, as a Senior Product Analyst, Helen built customer journeys and conducted A/B testing to enhance engagement.
