Tarik Erk

Tarik Erk currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Regulatory Compliance and Government Relations at Crypto.com, overseeing compliance operations across the Asia, Middle East, and Africa regions while acting as the head of compliance for the Global Crypto.com Exchange. Prior to Crypto.com, Tarik held positions at Paxos as a Compliance Manager, where responsibilities included managing the Payment Services Act licensing and transaction monitoring, and as an AML Consultant at Navigant, focusing on AML investigations. Additional experience includes roles at Axiom, Commerzbank AG, JPMorgan Chase & Co., as well as various legal internships and clerkships. Tarik holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
