Krista Alba

Krista Alba is an accomplished exhibitions manager currently at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art since April 2024. Previous roles include assistant curator at Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art and curatorial assistant at deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum. Krista's early career includes positions as a research assistant and curatorial research fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, contributing significantly to the "Symbionts: Contemporary Artists and the Biosphere" exhibition. Experience also spans a role as consignment coordinator at Heritage Auctions and a curatorial intern at MASS MoCA. Krista's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Curatorial Studies from Bard College and dual Bachelor degrees in Art History and Studio Art from the University of North Texas.
