Paulina Portilla

Paulina Portilla is a skilled professional with diverse experience in guest services, consulting, and membership management. Currently serving as a Guest Experience Associate at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art since September 2025, Paulina previously worked as a Consultant at HumanX Insights from January 2024 to September 2025. At the Global Private Capital Association, Paulina held multiple roles, including Manager of Membership and Executive Assistant and Office Manager from November 2019 to December 2023.
