What to Expect From Your Service:
Greeted by a Technician at your home during a designated timeframe that works for YOU
Technician will make a few checks prior to beginning the service such as, making sure your water valve can be shut off, tank re-lit, etc. 
Now the Tech will educate you on the full service
A bucket, collecting the excavated sediment, will need to be placed outside, and a hose will need to be ran outside through a basement window, door, etc. 
Sit back as the Tech finishes the service, cleans up, tightens all valves, re-lights your water heater, and ensures clean hot water comes out before departing
The Tech will show you the pile of sediment removed - looks like finely ground mud and rocks - they will bid you farewell, and you will enjoy a "Renewed" Water heater!
