Daniel J. Ferry

Daniel J. Ferry is the current President, CEO, and CFO of Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center, LLC. Prior to their current position, Ferry served as the Director of Finance & Decision Support at Parma Community General Hospital from October 2000 to September 2013.

As the Director of Finance & Decision Support, Ferry was responsible for the Accounting Office, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, Operational Reporting, and Service Line / Product Line Analysis. Daniel was also an administrative staff member, responsible for updating administration weekly on Statistical Flash, Budgeting, Operational performance dashboards, Qtrly Segment/Service Line performance, and Adhoc Business Proforma. In addition, Ferry designed and developed programs to increase efficiency and accuracy while reducing cost, such as the Daily Productivity System, Nursing Staffing System, Capital Asset Tracking, Contract Labor Validation System, and AFM Web/Portal.

Ferry has also held various committee leadership positions, such as Cost–Productivity-Revenue Enhancement (C.P.R.), Patient Satisfaction, Senior Leadership , Patient Satisfaction, Service Lines (Oncology, Cardiac & Muscular Skeletal), Labor Task Force, Compliance and EHR - Benefit and Metrics. Daniel is currently overseeing major system implementation projects such as API (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Attendance Tracking), Alliance for Decision Support, Key Indicators (Electronic Dashboards), and My Alliance (Interactive Web Portal).

Daniel J. Ferry has an MBA in Healthcare from Baldwin Wallace University and a BS in Accounting from The University of Akron. Daniel also has a certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) as a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP).
