Abhijeet Tilekar

Abhijeet Tilekar has a solid work experience in the agricultural and chemical industries. Abhijeet started their career in 2009 as a Market Development Officer at Chemtura Corporation, where they successfully appointed new distributors and dealers. In 2010, they joined Monsanto Company as a Management Sales Trainee. Abhijeet then joined Bayer Crop Science in 2011 as a Territory Executive, where they worked for seven years. Since 2018, they have been associated with Crystal Crop Protection Limited, where they have held various positions including Deputy Regional Business Manager, Regional Business Manager, and currently Sr. Regional Business Head.

Abhijeet Tilekar holds a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Agri-Business Management from Garware Institute, University of Mumbai. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture Business Management from Doctor Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth between the years 2004 and 2008. Abhijeet also attended Kirti M.Dungarshi College for their Intermediate education (HSC) and Balmohan Vidya Mandir for their Matriculation education (SSC).
