Kenzo Makitani

Kenzo Makitani is an experienced product designer with a strong background in user experience and interface design. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Crystal Equation Corporation since January 2021, Kenzo previously held various positions at Meta, including Senior Product Designer and Product Designer. Prior experience includes a role as User Experience Designer at Frequence, where Kenzo led user research and design review sessions, and as a Product Designer at Panasonic β, where initial user interviews helped to define target audience personas. Kenzo's earlier roles include User Experience Designer at IdentifiBio, where a patient-side login system was developed, a UX Design Intern position at Benefit One during a prestigious international exchange program, and a Web Services Intern role at Stanford University focusing on web development and quality assurance. Kenzo holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from UC Irvine.
