Michael Weis

Michael Weis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Crystal Finishing Systems, Inc. since April 2016. In this role, Michael oversees manufacturing, safety, quality, performance management, manufacturing engineering, and maintenance for a company specializing in aluminum extrusion and related services. Prior to this position, Michael held the role of Vice President at Wausau Window and Wall Systems from May 1989 to April 2016, where valuable expertise in managing commercial architectural products was developed. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and completed the Minnesota Management Institute Program at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management in 2012.
