Brett Dubsky

Brett Dubsky is an experienced professional in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as a Growth Advisor and Lean Green Belt at MAGNET: The Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network since February 2020. With a strong background in production management and employee development, Brett has held various roles including Growth Advisor & Professional EOS Implementer at PCC Airfoils, where significant improvements in volume, cost reduction, and employee efficiency were achieved. Earlier positions at Universal Alloy Corporation included Sales and Marketing Manager and Plant Manager, where Brett managed multimillion-dollar sales and optimized production processes. Brett also has experience in product engineering at Bescast, Inc. and Morris Bean & Company.
