Shawn Reynolds is an experienced Die Shop Manager with over 20 years in the industry, currently overseeing operations at Crystal Finishing Systems, Inc. since July 2017 and previously held the same title at Gordon Aluminum Industries, Inc. from January 2003 to July 2017. Shawn possesses expertise in die correction, tool calibration, and quality control, specializing in maintaining a wide variety of extrusion profiles, often tackling complex challenges that require innovative problem-solving skills. Shawn completed a high school diploma at Dc Everest between 1998 and 2000.
