Sharon Tse

Sharon Tse is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, and human resources management. Currently serving as the Group Senior HR Manager for Crystal International since September 2019, Sharon plays a key role in overseeing talent acquisition, branding, and organizational development within a company recognized for its social and environmental impact. Prior to this, Sharon held various positions at Hilti Asia Pacific from November 2012 to September 2019, including Regional Assistant HR Manager for Talent Management, where strategic HR projects and initiatives were successfully implemented. Additionally, Sharon's tenure as Corporate HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager at AmCham HK from April 2022 to February 2023 further highlights a commitment to leadership development, exemplified by participation in AmCham Future Leaders Class of 2022. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with Human Resources from Royal Holloway, University of London.
