Ayana Logan has worked in various roles within the healthcare industry since 1999, starting as a Medical Receptionist/File Clerk before moving up to roles such as Patient Services Representative, Team Leader of Patient Services, and currently serving as a CSR at Central Hudson. In their current roles, Ayana has demonstrated a strong understanding of insurance policies, patient account management, staff coordination, and exceptional customer service skills.
