Robby Younes began their work experience in 2000 as a Project Portfolio Manager at Hilton Worldwide. In 2004, they moved to Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. where they held a role in Starwood Portfolio Management. In 2008, Younes joined Crystal Springs Resort as the Wine Director and later served as the Regional Food & Beverage Director. In 2012, they became the Vice President of Hospitality & Lodging, responsible for overseeing the operations of a $60 million business with over 1800 employees across four properties. Since July 2017, Younes has held the position of Chief Operating Officer, providing leadership and guidance to all operations throughout Crystal Springs Resort.

Robby Younes has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from N.D.U LB. In addition, they attended College des st. Coeur.
