Marco Rossetti is a seasoned business developer with extensive experience in B2B sales and recruitment. Currently serving as VP Sales for the GCC & Pakistan at Crystal System since February 2018, Marco also heads Crystal HR Solutions, focusing on standardizing recruitment processes and managing cross-border staffing projects within a multinational software engineering context. Prior to this, Marco founded and managed Loginterim Group, a provider of cross-border staffing solutions, and ArenaJobs, a recruitment agency in Romania. Earlier career roles include Country Manager at Quanta Resurse Umane and Corporate Account Manager at ABN AMRO Bank, where Marco managed corporate accounts for Italian customers. Marco holds an MBA in finance from Bucharest School of Management and a BA in Business Administration from Università Bocconi.
