Antonia Chicos

Antonia Chicos is an experienced professional in the agronomy and insurance sectors, currently serving as a Claims Representative at Federated Insurance since December 2019. In addition, Antonia holds the position of Sales Associate for Monte Dufault at Farm Bureau Financial Services and has been an Agronomy Sales Intern at Crystal Valley since May 2018, where skills in customer engagement and agricultural operations were developed. Prior experience includes work as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Iowa State University Seed Science Center, focusing on seed pathology research, and an Agronomy Intern at Hi-Yield Products, where Antonia coordinated chemical applications for farmers. Antonia’s early career involved entrepreneurship in livestock management through Chicos Show Pigs and serving as Farm Manager at TEAM Chicos, demonstrating a strong foundation in animal care and farm operations. Antonia graduated from Iowa State University in 2019.
