Jerry Czubinski

Jerry Czubinski has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jerry began their career in the US Navy, where they served as an Aircraft Maintenance technician and later became the Maintenance Control Leading Senior Chief/Quality Assurance Supervisor. During their time in the Navy, they also served as the Leading Chief Navy Military Training and as a Hydraulics Technician Supervisor and Troubleshooter/Inspector.

After leaving the Navy, Jerry worked as the Lean Coordinator for the Tomball & Borger Manufacturing Plants at R&M Energy Systems. Jerry then moved on to become the Production Manager and Lean Coordinator at Emco Wheaton, where they managed day-to-day operations and implemented Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Jerry also worked at Commander Naval Air Forces as the Organizational Level AIRSpeed Lead, where they were responsible for the successful development, training, implementation, and sustainment of the Navy's AIRSpeed initiative.

Most recently, Jerry worked as a Professional Santa Claus for Blue Angel Santa Claus.

Jerry Czubinski has a background in aeronautics, with education from the United States Navy and Milwaukee Trade and Technical High. Jerry also pursued photography studies at Skagit Valley College.
