Kendra Harouff

Kendra Harouff, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at C&S Chemicals since February 2024, Kendra previously held the position of CHRO and Vice President of Human Resources at Pye-Barker Fire & Safety from June 2020 to November 2023. Prior to that, Kendra was the Human Resources Director at Rentokil Steritech North America from February 2017 to June 2020 and served as HR Director at Allgood Pest Solutions from January 2010 to June 2020. Kendra's career began with roles at Ceridian as an HR Mid Market Sales Representative and at Cintas Corporation in various capacities, including Sales Representative and Human Resource Manager. Kendra holds both a BA in Anthropology and a BS from the University of Toronto, where studies took place from 1993 to 1997.
