Scott Bianchi held various senior roles including Director for Public Works and Operations at Fluor Federal Services Inc., Executive Project Director at GE, and COO at Atlantic, Gulf & Pacific Company, Inc. Notable contributions also include serving as Senior Project Director and Vice Secretary General for the King Abdullah Economic City Authority at Bechtel Civil Infrastructure and Deputy Program Director for the King Abdullah Wa'ad Al Shamaal Industrial City Program at Bechtel Corporation. Additionally, D. Scott Bianchi has extensive experience as a Site Manager with Bechtel Power Corporation and a Global Business Unit Manager of Contracts for the US Navy, culminating in a CAPT CEC, USN (retired) rank. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees: a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Troy University, and two Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University and the University of Missouri-Columbia.
