Andrea Balahoski

Andrea Balahoski is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at CS Erickson since January 2023. Previously, Andrea held the role of Director of People and Culture at Canyon Equities for a year, and prior to that, worked as Human Resources Manager at 5THGEN from January 2021 to January 2023, supporting a diverse investment group involved in real estate and other sectors. Andrea's career began at Michigan Employee Benefit Services as Client Services and included multiple roles at Imperial Clinical Research Services where responsibilities grew from Administrative Assistant to Human Resources Manager over a span of nearly a decade.
