Olena Kharkova

Olena Kharkova is a Quality Assurance Engineer with extensive experience in testing web applications at CS Ltd since April 2023, specializing in functional and non-functional testing, regression testing, and API testing using Postman. Prior to this role, Olena worked as an Intern QA on the 'GreenCity' social project at SoftServe, where responsibilities included creating test cases and defect logging in Jira. Olena's early experience includes internships at QATestLab, focusing on test case creation, and IT Education Academy. An established background in the banking sector includes positions such as Head of Retail Banking Department at Some Bank, overseeing operational efficiency and client consultations, as well as a Retail Financial Consultant at Ukrsibbank BNP Paribas Group. Olena holds a Master’s degree in Banking from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics and has pursued multiple relevant educational programs in quality assurance and related fields.
